Dr. Jaret Tomlinson

The Mission of the Knob Noster R-VIII School District

is to prepare life-long learners who will be responsible, productive citizens.

Dr. Tomlinson has been with the district since 2011.  Prior to coming to Knob Noster, he worked in the business sector, taught high school business courses and coached varsity Football, Basketball, and Track.  He served as a High School Principal for 5 years and was recognized as the MASSP Principal of the Year in Southeast Missouri.  Dr. Tomlinson was a member of the United States Marine Corps were he served as a Field Artilleryman from 1990-1993.

Dr. Tomlinson holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business, an Education Specialist degree from the University of Central Missouri and his Doctorate in Education from Saint Louis University.
