Mrs. Oetinger is responsible for human resources, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, personnel policies, staff evaluation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Mrs. Oetinger became assistant superintendent in July 2026. She came to Knob Noster as the Director of Student Services in July 2025. Previously, Mrs. Oetinger served as the Director of Special Services at Concordia R-2 Schools.
