Carey accepted the assignment as Assistant Activities Director for the district in 2018.

When asked about his promotion into the Activities Director leadership role, Mr. Carey shared, “I am extremely honored to have been selected to serve as Head Activities Director for Knob Noster Public Schools.  Having spent nearly a decade in Knob Noster, I have a tremendous amount of respect and care for our students, teachers, parents, and community.  I look forward to working with our hard-working and dedicated coaches, staff, and administration to provide our students a world-class experience when they step onto our courts, fields, and stages in a Knob Noster Panther uniform.  I look forward to reigniting a comprehensive winning tradition in Knob Noster athletics, where our cornerstone for success is the development of students of high character who graduate prepared to become productive citizens of our nation.”
