TRIAD AFJROTC Take Home Eight Trophies

Cadets from TRIAD AFJROTC "knocked it out of the park" while competing at the Blue Springs South Invitational Drill Meet on March 3, 2019 by taking home eight trophies for their efforts. The TRIAD drill team took 3rd overall against 19 schools. For the second year in a row the team earned 1st in New Cadet Drill, which consists solely of first year marchers. They also placed 3rd in Unarmed Regulation, 4th in Unarmed Color Guard, 5th in Armed Color Guard, 5th in Armed Exhibition, and 5th in Unarmed Exhibition. The cadets took 3rd place Overall Unarmed; which consists of the scores from Unarmed Color Guard, Unarmed Regulation, and Unarmed Exhibition. Cadet Ethan Russell placed 3rd and Cadet Chloe McDonnell placed 9th against 150+ cadets in the individual event called final Individual Drill Down.
