Fan Expectations and Procedures for Home Events
(as of 8/28/20)


Knob Noster Public Schools expects all visitors to abide by current guidance within the current Johnson County Public Health Order.

Football

  • No restriction on the number of fans
  • Fans are strongly encouraged to wear masks
  • Families sit together while social distancing
  • Concessions will be available (Prepackaged Food Items and Drinks)
  • Knob Noster Middle School students will be seated in the east end of the bleachers while wearing masks
  • No student grades K-8 will be allowed in without an adult
  • The Band area will be located in the Southwest corner of the infield turf.


Soccer

  • No restriction on the number of fans
  • Fans are strongly encouraged to wear masks
  • Families sit together while social distancing
  • Concessions will be available (Prepackaged Food Items and Drinks)
  • Students grades K-8 will not be allowed in without an adult

 

Tennis

  • No restrictions on the number of fans
  • Fans are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and social distance
  • Fans are strongly encouraged to wear masks


Softball

  • No restrictions on the number of fans
  • Fans are asked to bring lawn chairs and sit around the fence past each dugout while practicing social distancing. 
  • Fans are strongly encouraged to wear masks
  • Concessions will be available

 

Volleyball

  • No restriction on the number of fans
  • Masks will be mandatory upon entering the school unless under a doctor’s exemption. Fans are expected to continue to wear masks while inside Knob Noster High School and Middle School.
  • Families sit together while social distancing
  • Concessions will be available
  • Students grades K-8 will not be allowed in without an adult

 

Cross Country

  • No restriction on the number of fans
  • Families are encouraged to stay together while social distancing
  • Fans are strongly encouraged to wear masks
