Mrs. Francy is responsible for leadership and supervision of the gifted program, federal programs, special education and related services, Parents As Teachers program, early childhood services, school nurses, Title IX, and compliance officer. Mrs. Francy came to Knob Noster as the Director of Student Services in July 2026. Previously, she served as the Director of Special Services at Lafayette County C-1 School District.
