MEAL PRICES FOR 2024-2025
Getting a second meal or any a la carte items will be charged to a student's meal account.
Breakfast and lunch will be served beginning on the first day of school August 19. Families apply for free and reduced meals by completing the Free & Reduced Application linked below. Students will also be given a copy of the application by the first day of school.

Meal Charge Procedures
MEAL PAYMENTS
Knob Noster is excited to announce the implementation of the Food Service payment program within Infinite Campus (IC). This online payment system will replace the payment options previously used in Tyler SIS. The Food Service tab in the Parent Portal provides parents/guardians with a convenient, secure way to add money to your student's account. Additionally, you can view individual or family meal account balances, sign up to receive low balance email notifications, and view daily meal purchases.
Parent Portal is accessible through quick links on the school websites, the Knob Noster Public Schools mobile app, and the IC Campus Parent mobile app.
Parents and guardians are also able to make deposits by cash or check at their child's school office.
STUDENT ACCOUNT BALANCES
Current student balances from the 2024-2024 school year have been automatically transferred in the Infinite Campus system. It is important to note that student account balances carry over from year to year, whether they are negative or positive.
HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE DEPOSIT
There are multiple options to make meal payments online. You can make a single payment at any time or set up recurring payments (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, or low balance).
Payments can be made by:
Echeck (NEW!) - $0.35 service fee per transaction
MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or Debit - 3.75% + $0.35 service fee per transaction
To make one-time payments to student meal accounts:
- Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
- Click on Food Service in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Pay button.
- Locate the box for the appropriate student account and enter the amount you would like to add and click Add to Cart.
- Click on My Cart on the right side of the window.
- Select Payment Method. Note: You will need to register a payment method if one has not already been added.
- Confirm email address in the Email Address for Receipt text box or enter new email address.
- Click Submit Payment to process payment.
- Once the payment has been processed, you can view and print the receipt from the Parent Portal. The receipt will also be sent to the email address that was entered.
To set up recurring payments to student meal accounts:
- Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
- Click on Food Service in the left-hand menu.
- Click the My Accounts button on the right side of the window.
- Select Recurring Payments.
- Select Food Service.
- Click the desired frequency (Weekly, Semi-Monthly, Monthly, Low Balance).
- Select the Start Date and End Date.
- Enter the Payment Amount (and/or Low Balance Amount).
- Select the Payment Method.
- Review Service Fee, Total, and Email Address for Receipt for accuracy.
- Click Save.
